Vivid Media CEO on Coronavirus COVID-19

Dear Reader,

In these extremely challenging times, I would like to share our heartfelt solidarity and support with you and your families. At Vivid Media (Pvt) Ltd, the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority.

As governments around the world are implementing measures to contain this public health crisis, we have already been taking strict precautions at our Johannesburg branch to protect our colleagues and their families, while ensuring customer service. Furthermore, for our Zimbabwe offices (Harare and Gweru), we are setting up everything necessary for our team to begin working from home starting Wednesday the 25th of March. We have extensive contingency plans in place to ensure ongoing business.

We are following the advice of governments and public health authorities, and proactively implementing a range of precautionary measures, from stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols to workplace distancing and travel bans. To best protect those who must be at a Vivid Media facility to carry out their work, the majority of our colleagues are working from home.
